Hi folks. Hope you are all having a great week. Using blue paper I die cut my tag. Then Using a stamp and different blue distress inks I stamped a pattern. The butterfly was stamped then die cut. I coloured areas of the butterfly with water colour pencils.Then i embossed small areas with powder. To finish I used Opal magic paint on areas. I embellished with a bow, flower and pearls. Hi everyone. I was asked to make alternative Halloween boxes for a slimming club. Using DP from my stash I made a box to fit the chosen treat ! To embellish i added beautiful flowers from I am Roses.Bronze leaves and a berry stamen. Some lace from my stash and some tissue paper and the box is complete ! Only 9 more to go ! Hi everyone. I came across this photo of my parents  (both have passed away). I have made copies and plan to make a canvas / layout for each of my sisters. Today i started with mount board. Using brown ink and a stamp I inked around the edges. Then i mounted my design paper onto ivory card. The DP has a lovely soft pearl bronze/brown colours on it.Then using a script stamp I lightly used this top and bottom opposite corners. Using a heart wood frame I cut the photo to fit.I cut some straws and used clear sparkle overlay on the white areas of the straws.I tied some hessian ribbon around the straws and topped with metal embellishments.Using paper that I tea dyed and sprayed with Moon sparkle spray , I die cut and shaped a vintage style flower. The flower centre is tiny beads. The sprays of leaves are die cut and the brown kraft one has been covered with clear sparkle overlay. I tore a small area on the paper and filled with tiny beads. Hi. Card made for my sisters Christmas in her favourite style vintage/muted.. Tilda was stamped and coloured with Noir and Water colour pencils.The design paper was from my stash . Hi folks. Altered light bulb. (This was an garden bulb that stopped working )Inside is decorated with tiny foam snowballs/glamour dust and a reindeer made with air dry clay then coloured with watercolour pen. Small pine cones dusted with gesso and glamour dust.Outside I decorated with poinsettias (die cut from Centura pearl card) with gold centre stone. Leaves were also die cut and i added netting in red/gold before gluing the flowers on top. I wrapped some ribbon around the top of the bulb. Thanks for stopping by xx

Christmas card

Hi  folks. Christmas card made .I rarely use Santa on my Christmas cards I prefer to use other festive options. Its not that i dislike Santa I just think other options are a bit different..
ingredients -fuzzy moon star (die )  crafters companion pearl card in gold.
Small stars punch using CC pearl card.
hand stamped sentiment then i die cut it out.
gold leaf added to enhance areas.

Blue lagoon canvas

My daughter recently took my great niece to Iceland. They absolutely loved the blue lagoon ! Inspired by this photo i decorated a canvas. Using air dry clay i put some through my embossing folder and left to dry. I wasn't sure how it would turn out but it worked ! I have since used clay in other embossing folders and it works great, an alternative to using moulds ! I used paints/clay/wood ,sprays, flowers sentiment amongst other mediums. Hi folks. Gift box decorated with TH Distress ink and stencil (brick). Decorated using Mintay DP. Gesso /glamour dust/snowballs used for decoration along with fussy cut bauble from same DP. I dont make cards like this normally (i like bright/vintage)however, I was asked to "make a black box with bling but not fussy"This took me right out of my comfort zone, but we all need that sometimes yes ? x !!! Hi everyone. Tildas off to dance school ! One of my fav stamps at the moment .Hand stamped and coloured with Noir pens and Water colour pencils. The design papers are from Crafters Companion. The music print paper is from my stash. The large butterfly was die cut and coloured with ink. The small one and the heart I made with Air dry clay. The flowers and leaves are die cuts .  I punched the letters (Dance School) out with my memory keepers word punch. I attached the letters to a banner I die cut.Thanks for stopping by xx

Quick sprinkle and texture card made today , I received a prize from the lovely Samantha at ABC Christmas challenge. (link below) First i took paper from my stash then stamped on top. It was a large sentiment stamp (as you can see) I heat embossed and added a small tree and a button. I love the stamp but my embossing needs more practice ! Thanks for stopping by x

September mood board

 A door made for my album. Inspired by Lemoncrafts Mood Board. I stamped (SU Stamp) the wooded "door" leaving a gap to make the door look split.. I added a handle and a Lamp made from air dry clay.Using foamiran i die cut and made five flowers.The flowers had stamens added and i die cut some white leaf sprays. Lightly coated with chalks.I cut a planter from card stock and stencilled the wall effect onto it. Artificial moss was added and to finish I added a feather.
