altered bottle

Hi everyone I hope you are all doing well. I purchased a bottle light some time ago and eventually found the right bottle / wine to drink , i mean alter. Anyway this bottle was covered with white gesso. I then mixed acrylic paints to get as close to the colour i wanted to match the rice paper i had. The rice paper is a Stamperia one and it was lovely to work with.Lace was added to the neck and a large pearl The flowers are all from I am Roses (link below) if you have not seen the flower collections they sell your missing out ! They are beautiful..The bronze leaves are from my stash. The light flashes different colours but i couldn't capture it on the photos.take care everyone..

beautiful Card

Hi everyone. Card made using peach colour card stock as the base then layered Mintay Paper (Dear Diary) onto white card then placed using foam tape. The flower, leaf spray are die cut (G45 Dies). The sentiment was stamped onto paper from the same Mintay papers. The small white pearls are from my stash. Thanks for stopping by x

Junk Journal page

Hi folks, a junk journal page completed ! Stencilled months of the year on the right side then lightly covered with distress ink in Denim. I used corrugated card board and dusted with cloud ink. The star is made of bark and dabbed with gesso. The image came from a vintage ephemera book. The rings were die cut and the heart was die cut from card i had decoupaged with paper. I added a hessian flower to the centre. The twigs are from a potpourri box tied with gold elastic. The small "holes" from the heart i sprinkled over the bottom of the page.To finish I added a metal clock charm. Thanks for stopping by x

Hi folks, card made using Mintay papers, these papers are adorable. After laying the paper i fussy cut the envelope( news travels) I then heat embossed some of the card and die cut the butterfly (travel- flying). Hi folks. An ATC card made today. II used pink card for my base then covered with Design paper that came from an old kit. Using a stencil and distress ink i stencilled the stars and dots/word. I used  pop out letters to spell life. The butterfly was a die cut and the image was also from a kit. To complete i added buttons and bronze filigree piece.Thanks for looking x

 Hi everyone. A 5 x 7 canvas in violet colours.I mixed deep violet with gesso for good coverage and a lighter shade of violet. First i stencilled on the canvas then layered materials like netting/string twigs etc. Then i die cut a butterfly twice in thick board and stuck together for depth and so it would be sturdy.The leaves i also die cut. As each layer was added i coloured it and dried using my heat gun. To finish I added some sweet flowers and large round beads. I then speckled slightly with white gesso. Thanks for stopping by xx

Gift Tags

 Hi everyone. Tags made today. The tags were die cut then cut again with design paper. I then stamped the dragonfly using memento ink. Using a gold metallic pen I coloured over the body area. The flowers / leaf stem were die cut using kraft and cream card and i used a small punch to make the centres from cream card stock. Pearls were added and rope ribbon to complete the tags.  Hi folks, An exploding box card created for this months challenge "More Than One Fold" at  613 Avenue Create.  As always anything goes is acceptable !Please do join us for some crafty fun. 
Ingredients -

Stamperia Design Paper - So easy to just cut the patterns out for this card. I also rounded the corners. The centre pram was die cut using pearl card stock..to embellish i added a rolled silk rose.

The box lid was decorated using die cut banner "baby" a small pram a small pink button I also added pearls to the pram wheels.
