Snowman

Hi everyone. Using Maja design papers and a large snowflake die I created this card The snowman image was cut and matted onto kraft card.   I used Metallic paints on my stamp (the swirl) onto the DP. A couple of embellishments and the card was done. Thanks for stopping by it is appreciated x

Banners and Bows DT Feb

Hi everyone. Its time for a new challenge at 613 Avenue Create.  This month its the usual "anything goes" with an option of Banners and Bows. I used some Kanban card for the background of the card. Using Centura pearl I die cut little bows and placed them like a banner. Die cut the sentiment (Crafters companion) and layered this onto pearl card. The little jar was stamped and die cut. Hi folks. Card made using Prima Papers. The butterfly was fussy cut (twice) and layered. The sentiment came from the same paper pad. The heart was die cut from same paper. I then glittered areas with a sparkle pen. Thank you for stopping by xx

Hi crafty folks. A CAS card for Valentines day. I used White Centura pearl for the bas. Using red Centura pearl I cut a strip and used an embossing folder (CC Hearts). I die cut the sentiment (white centura) and centred it onto the red. To finish I added 2 pearl hearts. Thanks for stopping by xx

Postcard

Hi folks. A postcard covered with paper from my stash. Using ink and a stamp I inked the pattern around the outside. a glitter wallpaper I die cut the heart. Behind the heart I placed some wood sticks (coloured with wax).some sisal and material. Using a ribbon that matched the colours I placed this along the top edge. The stamp and Rose emphera are from Tim Holtz. The sentiment "WOW" was cut using the same wallpaper and my Word Punch Board. I am sending this to my SIL who just passed her driving test, thanks  for stopping by xx

Gift box

Hi folks. A decorated kraft card matchbox using DP Mintay .First step was to decorate the box with TH distress ink and a stencil. Some elements of the paper were fussy cut and given height with foam tape. The flower was die cut , scrunched up and re shaped with tools. I used wax to lightly coat areas of the flower. The leaf sprays were also die cut and I added sisal for interest. The bronze leaf is from my stash of embellishments. The chip board is from Dusty Attic and is one i received as part of a prize. This was also coated with wax. To finish i scrunched up some silver paper and placed inside the box as the base layer.I placed a large pearl on wire and pushed through the front of the drawer as a handle.A pink pearl was also added. Monochrome Tilda

Hi folks. Hope you are all doing well .Tilda was hand stamped and coloured with Noir pens and Water colour pencils .I chose a cream card for my base and added some "dots" paper I had. Using Memento Ink and Script stamp I randomly stamped over the dots. The pearl trim and embellishments came from my stash. The beautiful flowers came from I Am Roses.(Link below).

Hi everyone. Its time for a new challenge at 613 Avenue Create. The first for  2020. This month its the usual "anything goes" with an option of Make It Shiny. For a change I made some shabby chic tags. I die cut these from a set of tag/ribbon/lace holders. Using Lace, bead, die cuts (Shiny dress)eyelash wool and lots more I decorated the die cut tags/ribbon lace holders.,. Embellished with Cabochons , butterflies and other items. Altered Board

Hi folks. Another of these altered food/bread board. Anyone who knows me well ,know I love flowers/gardening. I decided to alter this board to highlight my love for Flowers, using sunset colours.. My favourite flowers are Roses but I love any flower. First I covered with Metallic wax then using a stencil I partially covered it with Gold Opal Wax. The image is from Hunkydory (cut down and distressed) the edges covered with wax. The leaves were die cut and lightly dusted with TH Distress inks. The circles are chipboard which I coloured with various wax colours. The "Love" is also chipboard coloured with wax and glittered . The pearl chain and flowers are from my stash. To complete I added some Ribbon so that I can hang this on the wall. Thanks for stopping by xx

More Than Words

New year Card

 Hi everyone. Happy New Year to you all. The following craft items were used to create this card. (Inspired by Lemoncraft Mood board)Gossamer Blue paper (Lemoncraft) Lace and Rose with pear from my stash. The flowers were from a local shop and the white ones were dusted with Expressions craft wax and Snowtex. The stamen were also dusted. The star was dusted with Gesso and red glitter paste. I also wrapped red sisal around the flowers. Behind the flowers is a mini doily die cut but covered it over .The paper was also dusted with Snowtex. Thank you for stopping by xx
