Star Tag

Hi folks. A few weeks back i cut a load of star shapes . Today I stamped and water coloured the "rain lady" The sentiment was from a decoupage book. The kraft paper was used to part cut / emboss a pattern. The flowers were shop bought and the foliage was die cut. I added tiny "beads of water" of rain and a bow from my stash. I punched a hole and added lace for the handle. Thanks for stopping by xx
