altered bottle ..again

 

A previous piece of work altered again! Previously painted and decorated but rather dusty and tired. Using some material and powertex I attached the material to the bottle. I then took some pretty flowers and leaves (from I am roses) (butterfly I made with air dry clay) and attached them then coated them with powertex to harden them. After drying I covered with white gesso. Once dry I covered with silver metalic paint. Using wax and  sprays I added colour. The lid i covered with seed beads. A list of ingredients is listed below.

Large tag

 

Hi folks. An extra large tag for a Christmas gift. Mixed media paper die cut then splattered with 13 arts moonglow. Using TH distress ink I stamped snowflakes randomly. I used tattered angles spray and the 13 arts glitter with a dropper . Some of the images are fussy cut others came from a pre cut pack. The small flowers are from IAR. The pink iridescent sisal /snowballs/berries came from my stash. The chipboards are Dusty Attics and i waxed them with Stamperia wax. Thanks for stopping by

Christmas scene

Hi folks. Today I altered a bulb to hold a winter scene. Inside the bulb I placed a clay tree and reindeer. I filled the base with tiny iridescent snowballs. Outside i coloured a chipboard piece with 13 Arts pearl mist and some mica powder. Outside I used 13 Arts acrylic primer. then fibre paste and snowtex. Once dry I applied white crackle paste. I made some flowers from silver / white pearl card stock .I also used the white pearl car to cut the sentiment and holly leaves. I added some silver sisal and ball stamens. Around the top I added a silver ball and some silver ribbon.

Tags envelopes xmas

Tags and envelopes made using xmas design papers from my stash. I stamped postage stamps on the envelopes. Using gesso, distress ink along edges to age. I used moon sprays to colour and added embellishments.
