 I used alcohol ink on velum then attached to card stock (blue). The large star is wood which I coloured with red memento ink. The banner was pre bought and I added 13 arts glitter ink. The sentiment was made with a tape runner. I splashed some acrylic ink in mustard (not yet dry when i took photos) to finish I added some small beads and ribbon tie.
